With the show " Tarana" the company " Taal Tarang" unfolds on stage the millenial heritage of Kathak dance , a classical dance from North India. Throughout the concert, the bewitching accents of a voice, a sitar and a tabla resound. They accompany the evolution of the dancer full of grace and elegance. Maitryee makes us discover the world of kathak dance and the mysteries of a magical world populated by Hindu gods and heroes.

The Kathak enchants you with its bursts of twirling movements, its foot-strikes sculpting virtuoso rhythic patterns, its twirling pirouettes and its sudden bursts of ecstatic freeze.
